The purpose of the organization is to: create and stimulate interest, encourage professional growth by providing learning experiences, foster a spirit of unity, offer opportunities for social and professional fellowship, aid in public relations with other college/university and local organizations, provide services to persons with communication disorders, and provide situations for interaction with faculty to work together to advance the profession as a whole.
Membership includes students enrolled in Speech-Language Pathology coursework or interested in communication sciences and disorders.
