The Student Alliance for Equality (SAFE) advocates and provides support for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, questioning, intersex, asexual, and allied students, faculty and staff members, and alumni at UCO, as well as for members of the surrounding communities.
The Student Alliance for Equality (SAFE) sponsors social activities, educational programs, and special events that foster awareness of LGBTQIA+ issues; promotes a safe and inclusive climate on campus; and advocates for LGBTQIA+ students and our allies both on campus and in the wider community.
