UCOSA Executive Cabinet Application

General Information

Thank you for taking time and showing interest in being part of the 2025-26 executive cabinet for UCOSA. This is a major undertaking as you will be tasked with taking care of the entire UCO student body! Please answer the following questions and pick which position(s) interest you the most. You are able to select multiple positions and you will be interviewed for all you selected, but it is up to the discretion of the Accountability, Reform, and Transparency committee, President/Vice-President of UCOSA, and the UCOSA congress to approve you for the position.

Executive Cabinet Positions

Please select which positions you like the most. Remember you can select to be interviewed for more than one, but you will only be chosen for one.

Important Information about the next question. The Director of Athletic Affairs shall act as the liaison between the Executive Cabinet and the Athletics department. They shall coordinate sponsored tailgating and be responsible for initiatives promoting sporting events at UCO.

Important Information about the next question. The Director of Special Projects shall serve as the liaison between the Executive Cabinet and the students for the purpose of student involvement. They shall coordinate various UCOSA campus-wide initiatives both on campus and off-campus as approved by the UCOSA President and UCOSA Student Congress.

The Director of Philanthropy shall serve as the liaison and coordinator for community service and general philanthropic events for the UCOSA Executive Branch. They will coordinate fundraising efforts and sponsorship opportunities to aid in funding UCOSA initiatives.

The Director of Student Political Affairs shall serve as the liaison between the UCOSA Executive Branch and the UCOSA Student Congress as well as the student body. They will help develop policy and legislation in concurrence with student congresspeople and serve as a student political advisor to the UCOSA President and Vice President. They are required to attend UCOSA congress on Mondays at 4pm.

Important Information about the next question. The Director of Faculty and Staff Political Affairs shall serve as the liaison between the UCOSA Executive Branch and the Staff and Faculty Senate. They will help coordinate joint initiatives and serve as the Faculty and Staff political advisor to the UCOSA President and Vice President. They are encouraged to attend Faculty and Staff Senate meetings whenever possible.

The Director of Programming shall serve as the liaison between the UCOSA Executive Branch and programming entities at the University of Central Oklahoma and surrounding community. The Director of Programming shall oversee all executive branch programming efforts under the direction of the UCOSA President.

They shall advise the President on military and veteran student issues and coordinate outreach events.
