The objectives shall include programs that serve to stimulate and develop student interest in engineering; to strive to promote participation at all levels of responsibility in the field of engineering by the black communities; and to endeavor in the advancement of black professional engineers within the individual engineering disciplines. Also to increase the number of culturally responsible black engineers that excel academically, succeed professionally, and positively impact the community!
