Center For Counseling and Well-Being Services
UCO’s Center for Counseling and Well-Being (CCWB) provides free and confidential services for students, including individual and group counseling, crisis intervention, workshops, outreach events and referrals through case management.
In addition, beginning in the fall semester, UCO students will be able to access 24/7 medical care, peer support, self-help and mental health support through a partnership with TimelyCare.

Central Pantry Registration and Fall Hours
The Central Pantry is a free, on-campus food pantry available for UCO students, faculty and staff. To use the Central Pantry, individuals must register as a client on UCORE. Once you are signed up as a client, you can shop once a week for groceries, meals or snacks.
The Central Pantry campus locations will begin regular hours starting Monday, Aug. 25.

9 a.m.-4 p.m., Monday-Thursday
11 a.m.-4 p.m., Friday
Wellness Collective at the Wellness Center
2-7 p.m.,Tuesday and Wednesday
The first meeting of our Student Support Services Leadership organization (SSSLO) for Fall '25 will be Thursday, September 4th at 9:30am!
If you are part of SSSLO or are interested in joining, make sure you come to our meeting to get all the info for the events we will be planning and hosting this Fall! :)
