LeaderShape

LeaderShape is a 4-day program that engages participants in a transformative experience and inspires them to create a just, caring, and thriving world. The experience is created to provide time and space for people to have conversations that matter. In these conversations and through intentional instruction and challenge, participants have time to explore their personal values in the context of community.

It will be May 14- May 17, for about 60 participants and 6 cluster facilitators. During the session it will be coordinator by two student leaders as well. LeaderShape is completely free to participants and is open to any student. This event is STLR tagged in the Leadership tenet. Please contact Brittnee Boone at bboone6@uco.edu for more information.
