Hello S4S!
I hope everyone is having a wonderful Tuesday so far! A few of you have already heard but we have something exciting happening Friday, October 6th. S4S and Wildlife Society are hosting an Arcadia Lake cleanup! The event will be STLR tagged and volunteers will have the opportunity to earn credit in Health and Wellness and Service Learning & Student Engagement. We will meet at the UCO Boat House and 9am and we will end at 12pm. Volunteers are free to come and go as they please and we encourage you to bring a reusable water bottle as it will get hot towards noon. This opportunity will be great for the few of you who have yet to see Arcadia lake and what they have to offer for UCO students but more importantly, a wonderful opportunity to help keep our community beautiful and clean! Once again, Arcadia Lake cleanup is Friday, October 6th, and we're so excited to see you guys there!
