Panhellenic meeting with 80% of members from each 7 chapters (that includes SPL). We will be holding a new recruiter workshop from 5-6, the purpose of the workshop is to explain primary recruitment to MC 23’ and Spring 24’ a bit better from a “panhellenic minded” point of view. From 6-7/7:30 we will be holding a conference with all members from each chapters. We will be going over rules of Panhellenic, By-Laws of Recruitment, and stating our expectations of each chapters this upcoming recruiting season! Chapters will be aloud to ask any questions they may have or use their voice to express any comments/concerns/ suggestions they may have for Panhellenic during primary recruitment. The meeting shouldn’t last past 7:30! I need chairs, projectors to display my powerpoint, a microphone, and preferably a podium so I can have written statements for other positions to read off of throughout this conference.
