This workshop is the second part in a 9-hour training that is broken into three separate days instructing students how to use Python. Events are February 13, 20, and 27 from 1:30pm to 4:30pm.

Python is a powerful tool that plays an important role in automating tasks, writing and manipulating code, analyzing and visualizing data in research, and much more! Coding knowledge and experience is rapidly becoming a valuable skill in many job fields but is often not a tool that is taught in most degree paths. This workshop is designed to give students a chance to learn the basics of coding with the Python language and teach them how to access additional resources for learning and to start applying it to their field of interest.

NO EXPERIENCE IS NECESSARY and workshops are taught assuming no prior knowledge. Registration closes on February 8th.

Registration is required. One registration signs you up for all three sessions.
