Ritmo Under the Lights is a cultural dance social hosted by ALAS in collaboration with the Latin Dance Club at UCO. The event is designed to introduce students to Latin dance styles such as salsa, bachata, and reggaeton in a welcoming and beginner-friendly environment. Members of the Latin Dance Club will guide participants through basic dance movements and techniques while also sharing information about the cultural origins and significance of these dance styles across Latin America and the Caribbean.

The event will create an interactive and inclusive space where students from diverse backgrounds can learn about Latin culture through music and dance while building community and connections on campus. Ritmo Under the Lights also encourages cultural appreciation, physical activity, and collaboration between student organizations while providing a fun and educational experience for attendees.
Food Provided (Chick-fil-A catering including nugget trays, bottled lemonade, and bottled water for attendees. The food will be purchased from a licensed food vendor and served as light refreshments during the event.)
